  Your typical 'bucks. Good service, friendly peeps. Bathrooms are common with a few other units in the building but no hassle.

  I am a Starbucks employee, so let me preface this by saying that I know how drinks are supposed to be prepared and the foam that goes in each drink respectively. My mother and I went through the drivethru and ordered a tall flat white and a grande mocha. Both drinks easily had over 1/3 foam meaning that when we got them they appeared barely half full. I decided to take them in. I began by saying that I was a partner and understood the struggle but our drinks were half full and we'd really like them topped off. The girl at the register was great, the blonde girl who made them was not. She had an attitude from the start. She asked if we wanted them without foam... I said no, just not mostly foam. She created a huge mess down the side of my cup, didn't wipe it, handed it to me with foam literally dripping off the side. I wiped the cup off. She asked if I wanted less whip or something on the mocha. I said I wanted whip. She slammed the mocha on the counter. I said "thank you." She didn't say a word. I said "have a great day" and she said nothing. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I would never be allowed to behave this way as a Starbucks partner, nor would I think to.

  I've been to many different Starbucks and this one here is a must to NOT go to! I used to go everyday through the drive thru and now I am not. I purchased a grande coffee yet in the cup there was a tall amount of coffee. for $6 I would expect to get the amount for what I paid for, The coffee tastes mainly like warm milk also. The other thing they like is to keep your debit/credit cards happened on more than 1 occasion .
