  We have our favorites- this is one of them. As far as the service goes, this is a family owned joint and it is wonderful. I've been to a lot of restaurants, but never to a place where the cook came out, after seeing our order, and recommended a larger portion of what we ordered for less money (their AMAZING wonton soup). This place is comfortable, the service is great and the food is amazing. Oh, and we only order sushi here, I'm sure they have other great things on the menu but it is impossible to order anything else after you've had their fresh octopus and spicy scallops (order it with seaweed and rice in place of cucumber). Again, we love this place and you will too- unless you're expecting someone to do a backflip for you when you walk through the door in which case, maybe you should slide over to Chili's and free up some tables.

  I've been really enjoying this place for over 2 years already but they recently updated the menu to have an "all you can eat" option, and after experiencing it yesterday, I wanted to leave a more recent review. My boyfriend and I love this place, and yesterday we tried the new all you can eat lunch option. It is a little confusing because there seem to be different ways to do this special. There are two prices/tiers for lunch, which provide different options of rolls that are available, both have all nagiri available, and both you can order as many as you want. Both have a selection of appetizers and soups. The costs were I believe 11.95 and 16.95 but I could be off by a dollar. Anyway, what impressed me about the 2nd tier option is that there are a variety of new rolls on the menu. The lunch specials do not include the Chef Special rolls, those are now dinner only, and were historically the only "special rolls" on the menu. Now, there is a whole other list of special rolls that are sort of in between the sometimes-massive Chef's Special, and fancier than the plain rolls. We tried the Mountain View, Yama Special, and one that was spicy but the name I forget. Also got 4 pieces of octopus and 4 pieces of eel nagiri, which were both SO good. Very very large pieces of eel especially! Mountain View roll was sooooo good; it has mango and cucumber inside, topped with avocado and unagi. This is very similar to one of their chef special rolls, but it's just a bit different than what they've had before, and it was not overly filling with tempura or anything. It's one of our new favorites! The best part about this lunch approach is that we could just keep ordering rolls/nagiri/soup/etc until we were satisfied. Note that both of us had to pay the 16.95 to be allowed to share. We got edamame, 8 nagiri, 3 rolls of I think 10 pieces each, 2 soda, for just over $40. And we could have eaten more if we'd wanted. The dinner option has the chef special rolls on there and also has free soda, or $1 for beers (on the sign out front I noticed). So the extra cost for dinner I can confidently say is worth it. We'll definitely be going back again!!
